Purchase Price

• The prices of products do not include shipping or other fees of any kind.
• The total purchase price including sales tax and shipping fees will be displayed on the checkout screen.

Other Required Payments

• The delivery cost including the sales tax and the shipping fee will be calculated in the final purchase price.
• In most cases, import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), customs fees, etc. imposed for international delivery are not covered in the total price. The shipping courier will charge you for Duty and VAT at the time of delivery. In some cases, the fees are collected by the carrier.
• If a delivery is not received for any reason and the product must be returned or re-shipped, you will be charged the full amount for the shipping costs required to return or reship the product.
• For “Pre-Order” reservations, a non-refundable deposit (NRD) will be charged at the time the order is placed. The order will become effective once the payment of the NRD has been completed.

Payment Options

• Payments are processed through PayPal.
• Monthly installment payments are available. Shipping preparations for orders will begin once the final payment installment is completed.

Method of Payment

• The payment for In Stock products will be charged to your PayPal account on shipment.
• Pre-Order will settle in your PayPal account at the time your order is placed. The remaining balance will be settled on the shipping date.

Shipment

• Please expect your package to arrive within 1 to 3 weeks for Standard Shipping and 1 to 3 months for Economy Shipping.
• For Pre-Orders, a notification regarding the shipping date will be sent by e-mail once it is scheduled.

Cancellation Policy

• Pre-Orders may be canceled by sending an e-mail requesting the cancellation to support@prime1studio.co.jp  within 24 hours of placing the order. If more than 24 hours have passed, Pre-Order deposits cannot be refunded for any reason excluding cases where the product is not available at the fault of Prime 1 Studio.

Returns and Exchanges

Products may be returned or exchanged due to a defect or initial malfunction by sending an e-mail to support@prime1studio.co.jp  within 30 days of receiving the delivery. Product defects and malfunctions will be determined at the discretion of Prime 1 Studio. The following cases will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

• (1) 31 days have elapsed since the delivery of the product
• (2) no e-mail has been sent regarding a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery
• (3) the product was purchased through a website or party other than Prime 1 Studio
• (4) the request is made by any other person or entity other than the recipient of the product
• (5) the address does not match the delivery area/country designated at the time of purchase
• (6) the account has already been deleted
• (7) If any damage, defect, breakage, dirt, or incompleteness of the product occurred due to the fault of the recipient of the product
• (8) breakage, dirt, incompleteness of packing material, package, or carton box occurred during the return of the product
• (9) Prime 1 Studio determines there are no defects or initial malfunction
• (10) any other cases at the sole discretion of Prime 1 Studio

If you wish to return a product due to personal circumstances, you will be responsible for any damage fees and round-trip shipping fees.
