Article 1 Purpose

1. These rules (“the Point Rules”) set out the terms and conditions of Reward Point services and coupon services to be provided to those who have registered as members in accordance with the rules of the service (“the Service”) for the online website as operated by Prime 1 Studio Co., Ltd. (“Prime 1 Studio, we, us, our”).
2. The Terms of Service will be applicable to the matters that are not included in The Service.



Article 2 Earning Reward Points

1. Members can earn Reward Points by purchasing products on our website or through the use of our Service.
2. Eligibility for Reward Points as well as the number of Points earned will vary depending on the product.
3. Reward Points will be awarded following the finalization and shipment of a product. Reward Points will not be awarded for orders that have been canceled or returned during this period. If the final price of an order is adjusted, the Reward Points earned will be adjusted accordingly.
4. Members acknowledge that the acquisition of Reward Points, the number of Reward Points, and all matters related to Reward Points are determined at the discretion of Prime 1 Studio.

Article 3 Use of Reward Points

1. Members may use Reward Points towards the payment of an order at a rate of 1 point to $0.01 USD (United States Dollar).
2. In some cases, conditions or limitations may be applied to the use of Reward Points.
3. Reward Points will generally be refunded if an order is canceled. Cash refunds are not offered in exchange for Reward Points
4. Members may not exchange points for cash under any circumstances.
5. Reward Points cannot be used for deposits, taxes, or shipping fees.



Article 4 Reward Points Management

1. Members may use Reward Points towards the payment of an order at a rate of 1 point to $0.01 USD (United States Dollar).
2. In some cases, conditions or limitations may be applied to the use of Reward Points.
3. Reward Points will generally be refunded if an order is canceled. Cash refunds are not offered in exchange for Reward Points
4. Members may not exchange points for cash under any circumstances.
5. Reward Points cannot be used for deposits, taxes, or shipping fees.

Article 5 Invalid or Expired Reward Points

1. Members acknowledge that Reward Points may be considered nonrefundable or invalid in the case of a return or cancellation at the discretion of Prime 1 Studio.
2. Part or all of the Reward Points owned by a member may be removed if a member falls under any of the following categories (1) illegal or fraudulent activity (2) violation of the Point Rules, Membership Rules, and other rules and regulations established by Prime 1 Studio (3) a Member loses their membership (4) Any reason at the sole discretion of Prime 1 Studio.
3. Prime 1 Studio will not provide compensation or assume responsibility for any points that have been removed or expired.

Article 6 Cancellation of Points After Use

1. If Reward Points are removed in accordance with Article 5.1 or 5.2 after they have been used for payment in accordance with Article 3, the transaction subject to such payment (“point-use transaction”) may be canceled or put on hold. If a point-use transaction has already been finalized or is about to be finalized, the equivalent value must be paid as cash, or another payment method designated by Prime 1 Studio.

Article 7 Issuance and Use of Coupons

1. Coupons issued by Prime 1 Studio may have various limitations including the quantity of use, period of use, discount amount, available products, etc.
2. Coupons will be available through promotional events. Coupons may not apply to some products. Multiple coupons may not be used for the same purchase.
3. Coupons used after the expiration date and/or exceeding a certain amount of use will not be valid.
4. Prime 1 Studio may cancel some or all coupons or restrict the use of coupons if a member falls under any of the following. Canceled coupons will not be refunded for any reason.

• The condition or requirement of a coupon is no longer fulfilled due to the cancelation or refund of an order.
• Illegal or fraudulent activity
• Conduct or activity that significantly impairs the relationship or trust with the member
• Violation of the rules and so on as stipulated by Prime 1 Studio

1. Prime 1 Studio will not assume responsibility or provide compensation etc. for any coupons that are either canceled or expired.



Article 8 Accidents, etc.

1. Reward Points and coupons may not be refunded or redeemed as cash for any reason. In the event of a delay, loss, theft, damage, or breakage during the shipment of a product purchased with Reward Points as described in Article 3, Prime 1 Studio shall not be held liable for refunding Reward Points or coupons unless such accidents are the responsibility of Prime 1 Studio.



Article 9 Use by a Third Party

1. Points may only be used by the member personally and may not be transferred to or used by any third party other than the member.
2. The use of Reward Points or coupons by an account that has been successfully authenticated is considered to be made by the corresponding Member of the account. Prime 1 Studio is not liable for loss or damages of any kind incurred by any unauthorized account usage by a third party and Reward Points and coupons will not be refunded in the occurrence of such an incident.



Article 10 Changes or Suspension of Service

1. Prime 1 Studio may change the contents of the terms and conditions (including but not limited to the suspension or removal of Reward Points, change of transaction, adjustment to the rate of Reward Points earned or usage rates, invalidation of coupons, or change of contents) without prior notice. Prime 1 Studio is not liable for damages or loss of any kind incurred by members as a result of any changes described above.



Article 11 Changes, Revisions, Termination of the Rules

1. The Point Rules may be changed, revised, or terminated without prior notice.
