We deeply regret to inform you that our partnership with one of our North American distributors, Koto Inc./Tokyo ZeroStar, has ended.

 

Due to their inability to conclude business nor to respond to our repetitive attempts to contact them, we were left with a substantial number of unpaid items remaining in our warehouse.

 

These unhealthy business proceedings have not only affected us but also many customers and retailers who had purchased our products through Koto Inc./Tokyo ZeroStar, without receiving their ordered items.
